For the first time in it's long history the setting is graduate led and the management team have over 50 years childcare experience between them.

 

The setting has a large staff team of over 30 members, every member of staff is DBS cleared and the majority of the staff hold a level 3 qualification. All care staff are trained in pediatric first aid and undergo regular safeguarding training.
