Funded Sessions

We have funded sessions available for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.

We primarily offer funded sessions on a stretched model, this enables us to offer funded sessions for 47.5 weeks of the year. Using the stretched model changes the maximum funded hours a week from 15 or 30 hours to 12 and 24 hours respectively.

Funding is allocated to the following hours, 0900 to 1200 and 1300 to 1600. As an example this would mean that a child accessing 0730 - 1730 for five days a week, will receive 12 or 24 hours funded hours and would be charged for the remaining time.

Families who use daycare year round will have 2 weeks through the year where no funding is applied but this extra cost is spread throughout the year. 

​

For those children that access the setting for funded sessions only, there will be block holidays for the times where there is no funding allocated.
